I was born in the LA I grew up in London, but now live in the amazing Sydney Australia. I definitely consider myself to be so lucky as not only do I live in a great country but regularly get to travel back to LA and LDN to. I’m a personal trainer, that specialises in body transformations , fat loss and gaining lean muscle.
Ive been In the game for a long time, I’ve been training since I was 15 and ive been working in the fitness industry for over 10 years. It is my absolute mission to take what I’ve learned and help as many people as possible in not only creating a body that turns heads but also getting you guys healthy inside and out.
What I’ve learnt is as much as we’d all love to be perfect, no one is ( myself included and its about a few different factors).
So, over the years I’ve compiled together what I believe to be the most important factors when it comes to not only creating a great physique but also creating greater health. These factors are what I have come to call my primal principles, which are: Nutrition, Training, Mindset, Sleep, Water and Supplements.
Now , If you pay close attention to each of my principles you will not only become more healthy , you’ll have limitless energy and building a better body comes easy.
My training always focuses on primal movements.
These big compound exercises like the squats , deadlift, presses and pulls will produce the fastest results in not only building muscle but also burning fat and keeping lean.
I always incorporate these types of movements into my training sessions as they produce the biggest stress on our Central Nervous System which disrupts homeostasis and is how we get the best results in the shortest possible time.
My passion in life is helping people to be their absolute best. And one of the best ways to do this is without a doubt training. Balancing work, stress, and training is an important part of leading a healthy lifestyle.
